Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund available within 7 days of project initiation if no work has commenced
- Partial refund available within 14 days if less than 25% of work is completed
- No refund after 25% of work completion or 30 days from project start
2.2 Mobile App Development
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund available within 10 days of project initiation if no development work has started
- Partial refund available within 21 days if less than 30% of development is completed
- No refund after 30% of development completion or 45 days from project start
2.3 Cloud Solutions and Migration
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund available within 5 days of service initiation if no migration has occurred
- Partial refund available within 10 days if less than 20% of migration is completed
- No refund after migration begins or 15 days from service start
2.4 IT Consulting Services
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund available within 3 days of consultation if no deliverables have been provided
- No refund after consultation deliverables are provided
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to contact@bestcapital.shop. Cancellation terms:
- Immediate cancellation: Available within 24 hours of service initiation
- Standard cancellation: Requires 7 days written notice
- Emergency cancellation: May incur additional charges for work already completed
3.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel services in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of invoices beyond 30 days
- Violation of service terms and conditions
- Inappropriate or unprofessional behavior
- Technical requirements beyond our capabilities
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Request Procedure

- Provide original payment receipt or transaction details
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
4.2 Refund Processing Time

- Bank transfers may take 3-5 additional business days
5. Non-Refundable Items

- Custom software licenses and third-party integrations
- Domain registrations and hosting fees paid to third parties
- Completed deliverables and work products
- Consultation fees after deliverables are provided
- Emergency or rush service charges
- Training and knowledge transfer sessions
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are calculated based on:
- Percentage of work completed
- Time invested in the project
- Resources utilized
- Third-party costs incurred
- Administrative fees (10% of total project cost)
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations:
- Clients may request a review by our management team
- Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days
- We will provide a written response within 7 business days
- If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration
8. Force Majeure
Refund policies may be modified in cases of force majeure events including:
- Natural disasters

- Internet or infrastructure outages
- Pandemic or health emergencies
9. Service Modifications
If clients request significant changes to the original scope:
- Additional charges may apply
- Timeline may be extended
